The Tibetan Buddhist Meditation group is now meeting at Crane Point Nature Center, 5550 O/S Hwy. Enter through the gift shop, we will be in the meeting space behind. A portion of the proceeds goes to support Crane Point. We will be meeting ~ 2 times per month until after January 9, 2012 when we plan to go back to once a week.
Ellen "Yeshe Choepel" will be there for a teaching and practice on Monday, January 9th & 23rd, 6-8 PM. Please email for more details.

Classes are now at Advantage Rehab/Marathon Health & Fitness Co-op in Gulfside Village. Schedule is subject to change so call or email ahead for last minute info.
Classes are “Alignment based” gentle to moderate “Vinyasa” Yoga. Vinyasa is a type of Hatha Yoga in which we endeavor to link our breath with our movements and to link our movements one to the other. Alignment based yoga focuses on finding comfort in each Asana (pose/posture/movement) so that we can better find and build our individual balance, strength and flexibility. Although our classes have an "intention" we do try to tailor each class to the group that shows up, so classes are sometimes challenging sometimes gentler. Evening and beginner's classes will be added soon.

We can offer private sessions by appointment: $60 per hour.
